Erdogan
Seems like only Russia n France genuinely fighting IS - Obama a peace lover and has no guts for it. Brits or Germans pissing about.

This Erdogan geezer is a big ISIS fan. Violently suppressing any criticism in his own country.

Unless someone from the Western powers starts standing up to this shit then WW3 beckons

That is a very Naive way to look at it, as much as I dislike Erdogan and his dictator style let us not forget that a few years ago everyone was supporting ISIS but without knowing who they were or what they were about to become, America GB Turkey etc etc .
Turkey now are being made to look as if they are on their own and the sole supporter of terrorism , well I guess that' s what happens when you are the closest to the situation and are given pats on the back and even told to help Assads fall, and then everyone goes quiet and the only one helping is Turkey.
It was all good a year or so ago until we found out that the best fighters to bring Assad down were crazy Islamic loones well they were hardly going to be Syrian Tree huggers were they.
What is 100% is that Erdogan has to pull away from them, but how do you do that when Turkey is now full of crazed evil Jihadis welcomed in as freedom fighters who are prepared to die for there cause and will even be prepared to destroy Turkey to do it .
Erdogan has made his bed that is for sure his route was always to create an Islamic Turkey he is now paying the price, but he was not alone when it comes to wanting Assad gone nor was he alone in creating Isis.

The Turks are mostly moderate and the 50+ a tad literate and unschooled over there - The western allies created Al Qaeda and ISIS in an indirect way, possibly on purpose and naively - as has been said many times on here...be careful what you wish for!!!!!

Actually, it's just Russia.

As for Obama being a "peace lover", OH DEAR!

Re: Erdogan
Why the fuck do we need to get involved?

Isis are fighting on 4 fronts and losing in at least three of them.

I know we are all shitting ourselves from terrorist threat but Isis as an army are getting done over, other than in Iraq.

The problem is not with Isis but the next group who become Isis, and then the one after that and after that and no amount of western intervention will make that any better....

I agree 1964. We should save money on the bombing and concentrate on the enemy within, taking care to control our borders more efficiently.
I see that shit Choudhary is back behind bars for breaking the terms of his bail. A lot more of them should be arrested for their activities.

Yes you are right Mentor, I have never ever ever stumbled across a Muslim ever here in Cornwall, in fact I consider it a day of note if I see a black man..

All day long all I see are Farmers dressed in jeans and wellie boots crunching carrots and chasing sheep.

1964.

You wear what you like mate, I wont judge you. just be kind and genuine to everyone you meet and I will support your right to do what ever you like.

Only if I go down the coast and see them fishing, otherwise they cleverly disguise themselves as regular people...

They are regular people too Mentor. I dont find the Burka offensive, any more so than a woman who wraps a scarf around her face on a cold day.

They are not necessarily down trodden, they might like it.

Security threat, I can see that from the same point as people who wear Motorbike helmets in banks and such...Is that the kind of security threat you are thinking of?
